Waring Tuxedos

We have partnered with Waring Tuxedos for all tuxedo rentals!

One of the great things about working with Waring Tuxedos is that it is a locally owned small business, and the owner keeps all rental inventory in-house. Because of this, he is able to make last-minute adjustments and even same-day alterations if needed, which gives us a lot of flexibility for the wedding weekend!

  • Everyone will need to submit their measurements by March 25. Measurements can be taken at home and submitted online, or you are welcome to stop by Waring Tuxedos in person to be measured.

    When submitting your measurements for your tux rental through Waring Tuxedos, please be prepared to provide the following information. Please answer to the best of your ability; if some measurements or sizes are slightly off, that is okay! The team will make sure everything fits correctly when you pick up your tux.

    Body Measurements:

    • Height

    • Chest (measured)

    • Usual pant size

    • Outseam (from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the pant leg)

    • Neck size (measured snugly around the neck plus ½ inch)

    • Sleeve length (measured from the center of the spine at the neck down to the wrist)

    Sizing Selections:

    • Coat size

    • Trouser waist size

    • Shirt neck size

    • Shirt sleeve length

    • Shoe size

  • As you travel in on Friday, April 24th, please stop by Waring Tuxedos in Fort Worth to pick up and pay for your tux rental before heading to the venue.

    When you arrive, you will try on your tux—either for the first time or again, depending on whether you submitted your measurements in person. The team will make sure everything fits perfectly, and if anything needs to be adjusted, they can make those changes the same day since all inventory and tailoring is done in-house.

    Please allow about 30 minutes for pickup and try-on. No appointment is necessary, and they will be able to help you quickly when you walk in.

  • For weekend weddings, Waring Tuxedos requires tux rentals to be returned on Monday.

    Since most of the groomsmen will be heading home on Sunday, you will not need to worry about returning your tux yourself. Before leaving the venue, please leave your tux with the designated person (to be shared during the weekend). All tuxes will be gathered and returned to Waring Tuxedos on Monday morning.
